What Is Wedge?

Wedge is a one-way video interviewing platform that companies use to speed up their hiring process. Instead of scheduling live calls on zoom or something of the like, employers record video-based interview questions, and candidates—like you—respond on their own time. It’s an efficient, flexible way for hiring teams to review responses and move the right candidates forward, and means you dont have to deal with calendar schedules or even traveling for your interview.

That said, Wedge is a tool used by employers, not a platform where candidates sign in to track their interview progress. If you’ve completed your interview, your responses are now secure with the hiring team, and they’ll be the ones to update you on potential next steps.  So keep an eye on your email!

If you’re wondering about your status, your best bet is to follow up directly with the company you applied to.
